The programme opened with the UAE national anthem and a screening highlighting the club's milestone achievements and female champions. Dr Lamia Ahmed Al-Zaabi, Chairwoman of the Hawaa Committee, delivered an opening address underscoring the necessity of women's empowerment and celebrating their role as catalysts for success and excellence.
A central panel discussion followed, moderated by champion Maha Hammouda and featuring Dr Al-Zaabi alongside Dr Maya Al-Hawary and club athletes Haifa Al-Naqbi, Maryam Al-Matroushi, Maryam Al-Zeyoudi, Moza Al-Zeyoudi, and Aisha Al-Khaldi. The speakers explored themes of ambition, resilience, and societal impact, emphasizing that willpower, self-confidence, and perseverance are foundational for overcoming obstacles and driving positive change.
