The achievement marks an intensive 100-hour training covering knowledge and practical application.
29 participants took part in this unique experience to achieve excellence and build institutional capabilities.
The graduation projects in this diploma program took a different path away from the traditional academic regime; they were more of a "live simulation laboratory", where participants embarked on a comprehensive practical journey, applying excellence criteria to virtual workplaces created for training purposes in key areas, most notably "governance" and "best practices."
The trainees engaged in the simulation, experiencing the challenge step by step, starting with the selection process, crafting a professional participation document, collecting supporting evidence, and culminating in evaluation and discussion sessions to fully experience the process.
The participants presented the results of their efforts to a specialized evaluation committee comprised of leading academics and professors from the University of Sharjah.
With the successful completion of the presentations phase, participants wrapped up the final practical chapter in the program, awaiting the crowning moment at the official graduation ceremony, and returning to their agencies as leaders of change and creators of institutional excellence.
