Sharjah24: Participants in the Al Dhaid Club Summer Centre visited the headquarters of Al Wusta Channel from Al Dhaid as part of the Sharjah Summer Sports programme and AI Week. Accompanied by the centre's supervisors, the visit aimed to introduce them to the media working environment and the processes involved in television production.

The delegation was welcomed by the channel's team, who guided them on a tour of the various departments and facilities. Participants visited the television studios, editing department and programming division, where they learned about the different stages of preparing and producing media content.

The participants attended presentations by the channel's specialists, who explained the nature of television production. They were introduced to the different types of cameras used for filming, sound systems, studio soundproofing techniques and the latest technologies that support and enhance media performance.

They also learned about the role of artificial intelligence in transforming the media industry and how it has brought significant advances in television production and content creation by improving operational efficiency and raising the quality of media output.

At the end of the visit, the Al Wusta Channel team distributed gifts to the participants.

Salem Mohammed Bin Huwaiden Al Ketbi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al Dhaid Club, said the visit formed part of the summer centre's cultural and educational programme, which aims to broaden participants' knowledge, introduce them to national institutions and provide opportunities that help develop their skills, expand their horizons and strengthen their understanding of the technological advances shaping the media sector.
