From 7 July 2026, the airline will operate three weekly flights between Zayed International Airport and Aleppo International Airport, providing passengers with a convenient and affordable travel option.
The carrier also announced that its existing service between Abu Dhabi and Damascus will increase from four weekly flights to daily operations from 1 July 2026, in response to growing travel demand.
Adel Al Ali, Group Chief Executive Officer of Air Arabia, said the launch of the Aleppo route and the increase in frequencies to Damascus reflect the airline’s commitment to improving connectivity and providing greater convenience and value for customers.
He noted that the expanded services support the growing business, tourism and cultural links between the UAE and Syria while meeting rising demand for travel between the two countries.
Earlier this month, Air Arabia also announced the resumption of direct flights between Sharjah and Aleppo. With services now operating to both Damascus and Aleppo from Sharjah and Abu Dhabi, the airline continues to expand travel options and strengthen regional connectivity.
