The workshop was set to enhance the knowledge and skills of case managers and improve the quality of judicial procedures.

The workshop addressed four main themes: the philosophy of case management and the role of the case manager in achieving justice; the most prominent procedural errors that can delay case adjudication; mechanisms for preparing case files to ensure their readiness before referral to the judge; and procedural decisions and best practices that contribute to improving workflow efficiency and expediting litigation procedures.
