Sharjah 24: Captain Saeed Saif Al Tunaiji, Director of the Fire and Rescue Centre in Al Malha at the Sharjah Civil Defence Authority, said the Authority is launching extensive inspection campaigns across various facilities with the onset of summer to ensure compliance with safety and security standards and reduce potential risks.

In statements to Sharjah 24, Al Tunaiji explained that facilities are classified into high, medium, and low-risk categories, with field visits at the start of summer focusing primarily on high-risk sites such as petroleum, petrochemical facilities, and workshops to ensure full compliance with safety requirements.

He urged owners and managers of establishments to adhere to public safety regulations and cooperate with relevant authorities to help protect lives and safeguard public and private property.
