The session hosted Abdullah Abdul Samad Abu Hindi, Director of the Strategic Planning and Excellence Branch at the General Command of the Amiri Guard. The session was moderated by media personality Amal Mohammed from the Sharjah Broadcasting Authority (SBA).
Abu Hindi presented a comprehensive overview of the foundations of government success, explaining that starting from a clear vision and a cohesive strategy is the cornerstone for building sustainable achievements that contribute to realising the government's goals and keeping pace with future aspirations.
During the session, he also discussed the journey from planning to actual implementation and the importance of building a work environment that embraces innovation and excellence as a fundamental component in developing government performance. The speaker pointed to the pivotal role of leadership in establishing a culture of success and guiding institutions towards achieving measurable and impactful results. He highlighted the importance of foresight and sustained achievement as essential elements for maintaining the competitiveness of government institutions and ensuring their readiness to keep pace with rapid transformations.
This session is part of the "Visions Towards Sustainable Leadership" series of seminars and dialogues organised by SDHR to enhance institutional awareness, develop work environments, and instill a culture of positivity and excellence among employees.
The eleventh session saw a remarkable turnout from Sharjah government employees, with attendance exceeding 70, continuing the growing interest and regular participation in this series since the beginning of the year. To date, more than 2,400 employees from various government entities in the emirate have benefited from the dialogue sessions. This underscores the pivotal role of these meetings in establishing the concepts of sustainable leadership and building human capabilities capable of keeping pace with developments and achieving government work objectives with high efficiency.
