Sharjah Gov to develop structures of Civil Defense, Amiri Guard

Also, in attendance from the Authority were Brigadier General Mohammed Abdulrahim Al Awadhi, Director of the Resources and Support Services Department; Lieutenant Colonel Obaid Obaid Al Kindi, Head of the Legal Affairs Section; Captain Saud Saeed Al Hamoudi, Director of the Director General's Office; and Amina Al Hammadi, an Institutional Excellence Expert. The meeting focused on reviewing the Authority's tasks and responsibilities and on distributing them among various departments and sections to enhance performance efficiency. Subsequently, the committee shifted its attention to the proposed organizational structure for the General Command of the Amiri Guard, with the presence of Brigadier General Abdulrahman Mohammed bin Ashour, the Director of the Resources and Support Services Department at the Command. The meeting encompassed a thorough review of organizational aspects pertinent to leadership functions, as well as a discussion on strategies for development that align with the nature of the tasks undertaken, ultimately enhancing readiness and operational capability.
