Sharjah 24: His Excellency Counselor Anwar Amin Al Harmoudi, Attorney General and Chairman of the Public Prosecution Authority in the Emirate of Sharjah, emphasised that the recently concluded Career Path Workshop reflects the Public Prosecution's commitment to investing in human capital and strengthening national competencies.

Workshop concludes with strong institutional collaboration

Counselor Al Harmoudi announced that the two-week Career Path Course concluded on Thursday. The programme was organised by the Public Prosecution and the Judicial Department, in cooperation with the Sharjah Department of Human Resources (SDHR), and hosted at the Sharjah Institute for Judicial Studies. It saw the participation of 50 employees from both the Public Prosecution and the Judicial Department.

Developing skills through structured career planning

In his statement to Sharjah 24, Al Harmoudi explained that the course was designed to familiarise employees with career planning mechanisms while enhancing their overall skillsets. He noted that the initiative aligns with the Judicial Council’s strategic goals of building a qualified, capable workforce that can contribute meaningfully to the progress and development of the judicial system in Sharjah.

Focus on practical knowledge and employee well-being

The two-week course covered a variety of key topics, including managing work pressures, understanding work mechanisms, and applying the executive regulations of the Sharjah government. Additionally, it addressed essential subjects such as employee rights and responsibilities, aiming to provide a comprehensive understanding of the legal and administrative frameworks employees operate within.
