Counselor Al Harmoudi announced that the two-week Career Path Course concluded on Thursday. The programme was organised by the Public Prosecution and the Judicial Department, in cooperation with the Sharjah Department of Human Resources (SDHR), and hosted at the Sharjah Institute for Judicial Studies. It saw the participation of 50 employees from both the Public Prosecution and the Judicial Department.
In his statement to Sharjah 24, Al Harmoudi explained that the course was designed to familiarise employees with career planning mechanisms while enhancing their overall skillsets. He noted that the initiative aligns with the Judicial Council’s strategic goals of building a qualified, capable workforce that can contribute meaningfully to the progress and development of the judicial system in Sharjah.
The two-week course covered a variety of key topics, including managing work pressures, understanding work mechanisms, and applying the executive regulations of the Sharjah government. Additionally, it addressed essential subjects such as employee rights and responsibilities, aiming to provide a comprehensive understanding of the legal and administrative frameworks employees operate within.
