Sharjah 24: At GITEX 2025, Engineer Maryam Taqi, who leads the Information Technology Center at the Sharjah Department of Public Works, talked about an exciting new project called "Bu'ud." This initiative is designed to keep track of buildings using advanced technology, including artificial intelligence.

In an interview with “Sharjah 24,” Taqi shared that the project will initially monitor 11 buildings at the same time. The goal is to ensure these buildings run smoothly and efficiently while also helping to reduce their carbon footprint. Ultimately, "Bu'ud" aims to create a more sustainable and environmentally friendly way to manage buildings.
