Judge Dr Al Ghoul explained that the Career Path course, held from September 15 to 25, was designed to enhance national competencies and refine participants’ skills. The programme aligns with the vision of the wise leadership to prepare national cadres capable of serving the country with efficiency and professionalism.
In his remarks to Sharjah 24, Al Ghoul emphasised that the course was more than just a training programme. It represented an important milestone in empowering human capital by equipping participants with practical knowledge and experiences that increase their readiness to tackle future challenges and contribute to institutional excellence.
Judge Dr Al Ghoul expressed his gratitude to the Sharjah Department of Human Resources for its valuable partnership, and to the trainers and supervisors for their committed efforts. He congratulated the graduates for their diligence and excellence, affirming that the Judicial Department values teamwork and is dedicated to establishing strong partnerships.
