Engineer Saif Ali Al Naddas, Secretary-General of the Central Youth Council, emphasized that the forum was a collaborative effort between various councils and government departments in Sharjah to enhance youth cooperation and community service. Each entity presented a specialized skill aimed at empowering young people and equipping them with the skills of the future.
Al Naddas noted that the forum trained participants in 12 key skills, including artificial intelligence, entrepreneurship, and financial management.
He also revealed, during his interview with “Sharjah 24”, that the council launched an exceptional initiative offering 1,000 hours of volunteer mentoring in collaboration with certified mentors from the International Coach Federation (ICF). These mentors will volunteer their time to support and guide community members and youth. Registration details and full information about the initiative will be announced soon.
