Visits to top three schools
The delegation visited Al Thanawiya Al Namouthajiya (Model Secondary) School, which secured first place, Sheikha Meera bint Mohammed Al Suwaidi Kindergarten and School, which came second, and Al Hisn Kindergarten, which placed third. The council met with school administrations and parents’ council members, toured classrooms, and listened to challenges facing the councils as well as ways to enhance joint educational work.
Parents as strategic partners
Al Bustani stressed that parents’ councils are strategic partners in supporting the educational process. He highlighted that the winning schools’ initiatives reflected an advanced awareness of the importance of complementarity between home and school, embodying community partnership that raises the quality of education.
Promoting best practices
He added that the council is keen to follow up on these successful models and share best practices in coordination with the relevant educational bodies, supporting the educational development journey in Sharjah and reaffirming that parental involvement is a cornerstone in building generations capable of excellence and creativity.
