Sharjah24: The Sharjah Classic Car Museum will participate in the 2025 World Travel Market in London, which will be hosted at ExCeL London from November 3–6, 2025, as part of the Sharjah Pavilion, organised by the Sharjah Commerce and Tourism Development Authority. The Sharjah Sports Council oversees the participation.

During the event, the museum will exhibit a stunning display of a 1964 Aston Martin DB5, one of history's most iconic classic vehicles, well known for its appearance in the James Bond film Goldfinger. The car will be the exhibition's visually compelling focal point, flawlessly mixing historical charm with contemporary attractiveness.

Preserving historic automotive heritage

Saeed Ali Al Matroushi, Board Member of the Sharjah Classic Car Club, stated that the museum's participation in this international event continues its role in documenting historical heritage, reflecting the Emirate of Sharjah's commitment to preserving industrial history as a part of human legacy and a testament to a bygone era of automotive excellence.

According to Al Matroushi, the Sharjah Classic Car Museum aspires to provide a complete cultural experience that connects generations to the history of industry and creativity, rather than simply displaying rare vehicles. Displaying the Aston Martin DB5 in London illustrates our commitment to participation in global events that commemorate heritage while presenting it in a modern environment worthy of its status."

Future inspiring

The Sharjah Classic Car Museum, regarded as one of the region's top speciality museums, houses approximately 150 vehicles that demonstrate the evolution of autos over decades. Through its collaborative efforts, the museum enhances its role as a dynamic platform that preserves mechanical heritage while showcasing it in a contemporary manner that aligns with global cultural and tourism trends.
