Sharjah Police demo best practices in institutional excellence

Sharjah 24: The Sharjah Police General Command, represented by its Strategy and Institutional Leadership Department, held a meeting at its headquarters with the Central Finance Department to review best practices in strategic planning, innovation management, business continuity, and institutional excellence. This meeting was held within the framework of strengthening institutional cooperation among government entities in the Emirate of Sharjah.

During the meeting, the Strategy Department presented a detailed overview of the best practices implemented by the Command, including work methodologies and mechanisms for developing strategic plans and frameworks. Discussions also focused on ways to enhance integration in joint initiatives that contribute to improving institutional performance and achieving strategic government objectives.

The meeting also addressed innovation systems and mechanisms for supporting development projects, as well as reviewing efforts to enhance business continuity and ensure institutional readiness to face challenges.

At the conclusion of the meeting, both parties emphasized the importance of continuing this constructive cooperation to support the government's journey towards excellence and to strengthen the Emirate of Sharjah's leadership in the fields of innovation and quality.
