Engineer Hamad Juma Al Shamsi, Executive Council Member and Chairman of SDTPS, stated that the initiative reflects the department’s focus on enhancing the visual and aesthetic aspects of neighbourhoods. He emphasised that the program seeks to raise public awareness of urban appearances and encourage all segments of society to actively participate in improving the overall beauty of residential areas.
Ibrahim Al Jarwan, Director of the Urban Appearance Department, explained that the initiative seeks to make a tangible impact on improving the overall urban landscape by reducing visual distortions, strengthening partnerships between government entities and the private sector, and promoting an aesthetic culture that highlights the city’s development and architectural harmony.
