Nawal Al Hamdi, Director of Social Wellbeing, noted the foundation’s commitment to offering programmes aligned with girls’ interests, enhancing daily life quality through life skills, and highlighting that beauty and organisation at home are part of a healthy, sustainable lifestyle. The workshop encouraged creative thinking and practical solutions that participants could easily apply at home.
Malgorzata Al Khader, an interior design coordinator at Home Harmony, explained that the interactive session explored the link between interior design, mental health, and wellbeing, teaching strategies for creating harmonious, clutter-free environments tailored to individual habits and lifestyles. The session emphasised how clutter affects mood, focus, and emotional flexibility, and highlighted design principles that promote calm, clarity, and productivity.
