Participants meet with a group of young Emiratis working in the private sector to learn about and benefit from their professional experiences. This phase also includes individual mock interviews with human resources specialists, giving each participant the opportunity to showcase their skills in an environment that simulates actual interviews and receive direct feedback to improve performance.
