The programme targets Rubu' Qarn Foundation employees, aiming to prepare them to be effective and creative leaders within their organisations. The programme is designed to prepare them for an international stage that will enhance their leadership presence.
During the programme, participants will undergo integrated training sessions that will allow them to discover their own leadership style, develop their ability to influence and persuade, and enhance their presence before audiences in various situations. They will also learn how to transform their personal stories and experiences into leadership messages capable of inspiring others and making an impact in work and community settings.
Dr Adnan, theatre arts expert, emphasised that the "MAJAL" programme represents a qualitative shift in developing leadership skills among young people through the performing arts. He explained that integrating theatre techniques with leadership concepts gives participants a unique ability to express themselves and influence.
Dr Adnan said that enrolling in this training experience broadens participants' horizons, refines their leadership presence, and enhances their self-confidence, which positively impacts their future roles in serving the community.
The training journey continues with external stations that provide spaces for practical experiences that reflect the value of history and culture in building a leader's character. These stations provide participants with the opportunity to experience diverse environments that enhance their flexibility and leadership awareness.
The "MAJAL" programme is a practical opportunity to engage in a learning experience that goes beyond traditional training halls, serving as a true turning point in participants' journeys toward more influential and inspiring leadership. At the same time, Dr Adnan commended the role of the Rubu' Qarn Foundation for Creating Future Leaders and Innovators in supporting and empowering its employees and developing their leadership skills through theatre and the performing arts.
