Sajaya event fosters family role in girls’ development

Sharjah24: As part of its commitment to empowering families as key partners in shaping girls’ character, Sajaya Young Ladies of Sharjah is organising the event “Your Ideas = Our Plans” on Sunday, 29 June 2025, in collaboration with the Family Development Department. The aim is to strengthen constructive dialogue between parents and the institution and to reinforce a culture of partnership in supporting girls’ progress and enhancing their educational and social environments.

The event focuses on a core theme: “The role of the family in raising children and modern challenges.” It will feature specialised speakers sharing insights and experiences on how to enhance the family’s role amid current educational and social transformations.

This initiative reflects Sajaya’s ongoing efforts to involve parents in planning and educational decision-making and to establish open channels of communication that help create a more supportive and understanding environment for girls’ needs and aspirations. The event is held under the slogan: “We hear you, we plan with you, and build the future together.”
