The session, held yesterday evening, was led by Saif Ali Al Matoua, a certified trainer in human development and institutional improvement. He discussed the central role families play in identifying talents at an early age, along with the educational, social, and psychological challenges that may arise. The talk also emphasised the importance of effective communication between home and school and creating a supportive, stimulating environment within the household.
Saif Ali Al Matoua noted that discovering talent doesn’t require advanced tools, but rather careful observation of children’s interests. He highlighted the importance of emotional support and continuous encouragement in shaping confident, creative individuals.
Parents praised the council for this initiative, noting how such events raise community awareness and reinforce the family’s role in supporting gifted children. They also commended the high level of engagement and attendees’ enthusiasm for developing their children's skills.
In an inspiring gesture, a number of gifted students from Al Khalidiya School (Cycle 2 – Eastern Boys) were honoured for their victories in the WRO SPORT 2025 robotics and AI competitions. Their achievements were celebrated as symbols of innovation and academic excellence.
The session concluded with words of appreciation from attendees, who highlighted the importance of such gatherings in fostering cooperation between families and educational institutions, and in building creative, future-ready generations.
