Sharjah24: The Board of Directors of Al Hamriyah Cultural and Sports Club held its monthly meeting on Thursday, May 1, 2025, as part of the 2024/2025 sports season. The meeting was attended by the Chairman, His Excellency Hamid Al Shamsi, along with board members and the club's executive director.
New achievements
The Chairman began the meeting by congratulating the board members on the club's recent achievement: the approval of the modern sailing team’s headquarters as an "International Training Center" by the International Sailing Federation. He also praised the successful organization of the Al Hamriyah International Modern Sailing Championship.
Investment projects
Following this, the board discussed the latest updates on the club’s investment projects. They reviewed and approved the final investment file, directing the opening of communication channels with sponsors and investors in line with the club's strategy.
Team performance
The meeting also addressed updates regarding the first team and youth categories, noting the positive results achieved recently, with recommendations to intensify efforts to finish the season in the best possible positions.
Individual sports
In terms of individual sports, in addition to praising the achievements of all sports, the board discussed the latest developments regarding the relocation of the modern rowing team’s headquarters.
