Donation of 3 million for Neighbours of the Prophet Endowment

Sharjah 24: In a heartening scene reflecting strong community cohesion and deep human engagement with charitable initiatives, a generous benefactor has made the first endowment donation of AED 3 million to the Sharjah Social Empowerment Foundation, following the launch of the "Neighbours of the Prophet Endowment" project. This donation lays the foundation for the blessed initiative introduced by His Highness Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah.

This generous contribution shows that His Highness’s call for goodness—when he quotes the Qur’anic verse “And for this let those aspire, who have aspirations”—has deeply resonated with the community. The initiative is a comprehensive, sustainable endowment platform that aims to improve orphans’ living conditions and support their academic, psychological, social, health, and economic development, ensuring them a dignified life and a hopeful future.

Mona bin Hadda Al Suwaidi, Director General of the Sharjah Social Empowerment Foundation, praised the donation from a benevolent woman as a shining example of community solidarity and the enduring values of endowment.
