Sharjah 24 – AFP: Liverpool claimed a significant 2-0 victory over Manchester City in the 26th round of the English Premier League, taking a big step toward securing the title.

Mohamed Salah shines again

The match saw Mohamed Salah put Liverpool ahead in the 14th minute, once again showcasing his exceptional form. Salah also provided an assist to Dominik Szoboszlai, who doubled the lead in the 37th minute.

Liverpool extends lead

With the win, Liverpool increased its points tally to 64, putting them 11 points ahead of second-place Arsenal, who suffered a surprising 0-1 defeat to West Ham on Saturday. Arsenal still has a postponed match to play.
