Mohammed Salem Al Kaabi, Head of the Career Development Division, announced that “Hadef” aims to provide immediate legal consultations on executive regulations and human resources law. The smart robot will streamline services, reduce effort and time, and boost the efficiency of institutional work.
“Hadef” is a virtual character accessible on all municipality employees’ devices, offering quick and accurate answers to legal and regulatory queries. By reducing the need for direct communication with departments, it supports faster decision-making and ensures employees have access to information 24/7.
Al Kaabi emphasised that the project reflects Sharjah Municipality’s commitment to digital transformation and AI adoption. Initially available to municipality employees, the plan is to expand the service to all Sharjah government employees in the future, enhancing integration and improving government services. This initiative is expected to increase job performance and efficiency across the public sector.
