Sharjah Marine Sports Club shines in "Together to Hatta" event

Sharjah 24: The Sharjah International Marine Sports Club achieved great success in the "Together to Hatta" race, organised by the Dubai International Marine Sports Club. The event took place on Hatta Dam Lake, with 30 competitors participating across three categories: doubles boats, single kayaks, and stand-up paddleboards.

Sharjah's dominance in the doubles kayak race

Sharjah International Marine Sports Club’s competitors excelled in the doubles kayak race. Imad bin Rabie and Hassan Al Hosani claimed first place, followed by Rashid Elias and Younis Sharar in second, and Ahmed Al Dhanhani and Issa Al Hosani in third.

Success in the single kayak and stand-up paddleboard races

In the single kayak race, Moroccan Imad Bouabdallah secured first place, with Emirati Mohammed Saif Al Naqbi finishing second, and Syrian Al Mukhtar Abu Rabie coming third. In the stand-up paddleboard race, Al Mukhtar Abu Rabie led the field, surpassing British Alison Cook and French Cedric Halloin.
