Sharjah 24: Sharjah Department for Human Resources (SDHR) concluded "Masar for New Employees' Qualification" programme for the current year 2024, with the graduation of 1625 new employees.
The programme represented a comprehensive training course that sought to educate new employees about the controls and provisions of the work systems in Sharjah government, and its training programmes were held in person in the city of Sharjah, the central region, and the eastern region.
The project aimed to qualify employees within an integrated plan that was implemented in 9 groups, 6 of which were in the Emirate of Sharjah, one group in the central region, and two groups in the eastern region, to ensure the inclusion of all new appointees in all departments, entities, and institutions in Sharjah government in all its cities and regions.
Each group included a series of foundational programmes over 6 consecutive training days, consisting of 6 topics: administrative education and job discipline; goal formulation and performance evaluation; effective communication, initiative and innovation; administrative skills; and institutional loyalty.
SDHR is keen to implement this programme in an effort to enhance the capabilities of new employees and provide them with the knowledge and skills necessary to ensure their effective launch in the government work environment.
This integrated programme contributes to creating a work environment based on discipline, innovation and institutional loyalty, which enhances institutional performance and helps achieve the goals of government agencies efficiently and professionally.
