The day’s activities began with heritage performances, a national play, and competitions in the morning, followed by evening events in the heritage village. The celebrations concluded with a communal dinner. The events were organised in two parts: a morning session at the municipality building and an evening session in the heritage village.
A special heritage area was set up to showcase the traditional Bedouin environment, with designated spaces for local families to display their products, government institutions to present their services, and a free play area for children.
His Excellency Sultan Ali Saif Al Ketbi, Chairman of the Municipal Council of Mleiha, emphasised the strong community engagement expected in this year’s celebrations. He noted that the Eid Al Etihad celebrations serve as a powerful expression of loyalty and pride in a nation that continues to excel and achieve. Al Ketbi added, "This occasion renews our hope for a future full of success, and we reaffirm our pledge to our wise leadership, with our children carrying the torch of loyalty and belonging forward."
