The events, held at the outdoor square of Mleiha Municipality, were attended by distinguished guests including Sheikh Mohammed Muadhd bin Huwaiden Al Ketbi; Sultan Abdullah bin Hadda Al Suwaidi, Secretary-General of the Sharjah Consultative Council; Sultan Ali Al Khasouni Al Ketbi, Chairman of the Mleiha Municipal Council; and other prominent officials from the region. A large crowd of local residents also participated in the occasion.
In the evening, additional celebrations were held at the heritage village of Mleiha, located along the Mleiha-Kalba Road. The heritage village was chosen for its prime location, allowing easy access for both residents and visitors to enjoy the performances and events.
Musabah Saif Awad Al Ketbi, Director of Mleiha Municipality, expressed pride in celebrating Union Day, highlighting the UAE’s remarkable achievements on the global stage. He reaffirmed the commitment to the nation’s future and pledged loyalty to President His Highness Sheikh
