Dr. Al-Mutawa congratulated Dr Al-Doukhi on his significant academic achievement, wishing him continued success in his academic and professional journey. Dr. Yasser Al-Doukhi earned his doctorate in Business Administration, specialising in Sports Management, from Ain Shams University in Egypt. His thesis addressed a critical topic titled: “The Impact of Organisational Climate on the Administrative Creativity of Employees in Sports Clubs in the Emirate of Sharjah.”
The study serves as a significant scientific addition, enhancing the understanding of the relationship between organisational environments and levels of administrative creativity. This insight aims to elevate the performance of sports clubs to higher levels of excellence.
