Diba Al-Hisn Club hosts Dr. Yasser Omar Al-Doukhi

Sharjah24: Diba Al-Hisn Sports and Cultural Club welcomed Dr. Yasser Omar Al-Doukhi, Director of the Sports and Community Events Department at the Sharjah Sports Council, yesterday evening at the club’s majlis. The meeting was attended by Dr. Mohammed Ahmed Al-Mutawa, Chairman of the Club’s Board of Directors, along with several board members.
During the visit, Dr. Al-Doukhi presented Dr. Al-Mutawa with a copy of his doctoral thesis as a gesture of appreciation and to foster mutual academic and sports collaboration.  

Dr. Al-Mutawa congratulated Dr Al-Doukhi on his significant academic achievement, wishing him continued success in his academic and professional journey. He praised the thesis as a valuable contribution and a vital scientific reference that enriches knowledge and supports the advancement of sports research.  

He remarked, “The thesis contributes to fostering creative thinking and improving the work environment within sports clubs. We will discuss its content with specialists in the club to draw inspiration for new ideas that support athletic performance and promote administrative excellence and sports innovation within the club.”  


Dr. Yasser Al-Doukhi earned his doctorate in Business Administration, specialising in Sports Management, from Ain Shams University in Egypt. His thesis addressed a critical topic titled: “The Impact of Organisational Climate on the Administrative Creativity of Employees in Sports Clubs in the Emirate of Sharjah.”  

The study serves as a significant scientific addition, enhancing the understanding of the relationship between organisational environments and levels of administrative creativity. This insight aims to elevate the performance of sports clubs to higher levels of excellence.  

Attendees expressed their appreciation for Dr. Al-Doukhi’s contributions, highlighting the importance of continued collaboration between sports institutions and academia to strengthen innovation and creativity within the sports sector.
