Sharjah 24: Dibba Al Hisn Sports and Cultural Club has successfully passed the external audit for the third phase of the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) certification. This achievement came during the club's reception of a delegation from SGS, the certifying body for the Integrated Management System.
Representatives from SGS included auditors Shakir Saad, Mohammed Abdul-Raouf, and consultant Samar Nasib, along with Hani Al-Qasim from the Sharjah Sports Council, who participated in the external audit for the third annual review.

The audit aimed to ensure that the management system, or parts of it, complies with auditing standards, and to assess the club’s ability to ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements. The effectiveness of the management system in achieving defined objectives and identifying areas for potential improvement was also evaluated.

The opening meeting was attended by Ahmed Abdullah Al-Naqbi, the club’s quality representative and Chairman of the Strategic Planning and Institutional Excellence Committee, along with Ali Ya’ruf, the Secretary-General, Saeed Al-Yahyai, Chairman of the Team Sports Committee, and Abdullah Al-Watari, Chairman of the Individual Sports Committee, along with club staff and coaches.

The meeting commenced with the quality representative welcoming the committee and attendees, affirming the club's commitment to the importance of the system, compliance, and adherence to legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements while maintaining quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety standards.

The relevant committee for the Integrated Management System presented an overview of the administrative and technical work, initiatives, and events at the club, along with the audit plan for the third phase.

The review involved discussions with each committee within the club to ensure compliance with the management system. This was followed by a field visit by the specialised committee, along with the quality representative and the club's environmental, health, and safety team, to review the operational controls regarding health, safety, environment, and emergency preparedness.

During the concluding meeting, the committee presented notes aimed at improving and developing work performance.

At the end of the visit, the committee from SGS commended the work done under the Integrated Management System at the club and congratulated the attendees. They recommended that the club continue to work on the integrated quality system, confirming the club’s compliance with the management system, its ability to ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements, and the effectiveness of the management system in achieving defined objectives.
