Sharjah 24: Colonel Ahmed Hanaya Al Suwaidi, Head of Wasit Comprehensive Police Station at Sharjah Police General Command (SPGC), received a delegation from Sharjah Fish Resources Authority, headed by Sara Mohammed Al Mazloum, Director of the Authority Chairman's Office, accompanied by Alia Majed Al Shabeesi, Director of the Support Services Department at the Authority.
The visit aimed at reviewing the best practices applied by Sharjah Police within the global star rating system.

The meeting was attended by Major Mohammed Al Mazmi, Director of the Support Services Branch; Captain Abdullah Al Kaabi, Director of the Guards Branch at SPGC; First Lieutenant Salem Al Ali, Strategy Officer; and from the administrative delegation Amna Ahmed Al Mazmi; Hamid Hamed Al Mansouri, Relations Officer; Maryam Abdullah Al Nabouda, Relations Officer; and Sheikha Salem Al Ketbi, Quality Officer at the Authority.

Colonel Al Suwaidi welcomed the visiting delegation, stressing Sharjah Police's keenness and commitment to strengthening the bonds of cooperation and exchange of expertise between government institutions and bodies to advance institutional work at the level of the emirate.

During the meeting, the delegation was briefed on the global star rating system and its standards, the categories served by the system, the mechanism for evaluating service centres, and the best pioneering practices in service centres within SPGC, in addition to discussing a number of important topics related to both sides.

At the end of the visit, the visiting delegation expressed its thanks to Sharjah Police for the warm reception, praising the constructive cooperation between government departments in the Government of Sharjah, to achieve the common goals of improving the quality of services provided.
