The event witnessed the organization of several interactive sports activities, with the presence of Noura Boudkhan, Mira Bin Hudhah, and May Abdullah Bin Sahouh, Women's Sports Ambassadors at the department. A portion of the event was dedicated to training the participants on the fundamentals of basketball under the supervision of professional coaches, as well as training them on game techniques to enhance their athletic abilities. These training sessions provided an opportunity for the participants to acquire new skills, develop their personal skills, and organize specialized training workshops between the participants and coaches to enhance individual performance and sportsmanship, providing a platform for the participants to benefit from personal guidance and organize numerous competitive competitions among the participating teams, creating a positive and interactive atmosphere.

Noura Boudkhan, Head of the Media Department and Women's Sports Ambassador at the Finance Department of Sharjah, expressed her delight in organizing this sports event in collaboration with the Sharjah Women's Sports, stating that the event falls within the department's commitment to enhancing the role of Emirati women in the sports scene. Noura Boudkhan emphasized the importance of sports in promoting public health, stating that the event is a step towards achieving our strategic goals in encouraging women to participate actively in sports locally and internationally, contributing to the development of their skills and enhancing their presence in the sports field at all levels, enriching their experiences in this field through enhancing community engagement and exchanging sports experiences, praising the significant interaction by the participants.

On the other hand, Noura Al Hamr, Head of the Community Sports Department at the Sharjah Women's Sports Foundation, emphasized the foundation's commitment to supporting community sports with all institutions and entities in the emirate, aiming to encourage women to engage in various sports and strive to make it a lifestyle. She mentioned that the Community Sports Department at the foundation is keen on offering specially designed sports packages to serve governmental institutions and departments in the emirate of Sharjah by organizing diverse sports events for the community. She noted that the foundation currently provides three packages for amateurs, the first focusing on team sports fundamentals, the second on sports competitions, and the third on light sports games. They encourage institutions to participate in the events offered by the foundation continuously throughout the year.

The event also focused on health aspects, with medical teams from the medical center present to provide regular health screenings for the participants and offer advice on maintaining physical fitness and public health, including how to avoid sports injuries and the importance of healthy nutrition for female athletes, aiming to enhance health awareness among the participants and improve physical fitness levels.
