"Khorfakkan Youth” trains its members in audio content production

The training programme was a unique media experience that gave them the opportunity to develop their creative ideas for audio content programmes, write the scripts for their episodes, record them and market them, which contributes to raising the level of purposeful digital audio content available on various platforms.

The programme came within the framework of the Khorfakkan Youth Centre's efforts to enhance the skills of youth in the production of audio content through various digital media, and to acquire a rich cultural and cognitive background, enabling them to engage in positive and constructive dialogue with creators and intellectuals, in a creative learning experience that adopts innovation as an approach, which contributes to stimulating youth energies towards creativity and excellence.

The programme was presented by media figure Ghaith Hassan Al Hosani, known for his long career in the field of culture and media, where he gave many lectures and seminars and organised a number of competitive cultural competitions, and became famous for his attractive style in presenting the "Story of Peoples" programme on Sharjah TV.  Al Hosani participated in many judging committees for cultural competitions inside and outside the UAE, and discussed the most prominent cultural issues in his unique style through a podcast programme entitled "Impossibility" broadcast on YouTube.

Ahmed Shaheen Al Hosani, Director of Khorfakkan Youth Centre, said that the Podcast Skills Programme is a creative platform that contributes to achieving the vision of the Rubu’ Qarn Foundation for Creating Future Leaders and Innovators in building and empowering conscious and influential generations, by enabling members to possess multiple tools that help them keep pace with developments in the digital age, enhance their ability to express themselves and communicate effectively, and produce purposeful media content and messages.
