Al Thiqah Club for Disabled new BoD receives SSC Chairman

Al Hazami congratulated the Council on assuming the management of the oldest clubs for the disabled in the Middle East, stressing his full confidence that the club will continue to make the desired achievements.

The attendees extended their deepest gratitude and appreciation to His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, for his precious trust and unlimited support for sports and athletes, especially sports for people with disabilities. 

They also expressed their gratitude to His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler, for his continuous support and follow-up, which contributed to the development of the sports movement in the smiling emirate.

 Attendeed praised the follow-up of His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Salem Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, and his unlimited support for all the clubs of the smiling emirate, and His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, and the support of Her Highness Sheikha Jawaher bint Mohammed Al Qasimi, Chairperson of the Supreme Council for Family Affairs, Chairperson of the Sharjah Women's Sports Foundation, for her support for women's activities in the Emirate of Sharjah in particular and in the UAE in general. 

Thanks are also extended to Her Excellency Sheikha Jameela bint Mohammed Al Qasimi, Chairperson of Sharjah City for Humanitarian Services, for her support and care for all issues and challenges of people with disabilities in various fields. 

Eisa Hilal Al Hazami congratulated the new board headed by Dr. Khalid Omar Al Midfa on taking over the management of Al Thiqah Club for Disabled, which cares for the affairs of a category dear to everyone's hearts, with their achievements that exceeded all expectations and contributed to raising the name of the Emirate of Sharjah and the UAE in the largest international events. 

Al Hazami stressed his full confidence in the new Board of Directors to continue making achievements and a major development in sports for the disabled at the level of the emirate and the UAE.  He also extended his thanks to the previous Board of Directors headed by Dr. Tariq Sultan bin Khadem for their achievements at all levels. 

In turn, His Excellency Dr. Khalid Omar Al Midfa praised the great and tangible role of SSC and its follow-up of all the clubs in the emirate. Al Midfa also thanked the previous administration and all the successive administrations that passed through Al Thiqah Club for Disabled, for their sincere efforts made over the past years.
