Sharjah24: In its efforts to raise public health awareness, Sharjah Charity International (SCI) has launched numerous medical camps targeting various segments of the community. Supported by government and private institutions, these camps have provided free medical checkups to over 10,000 beneficiaries between 2015 and 2023.
The services offered include blood pressure, diabetes, dental, and general health screenings.
Nasser Masoud Bilal, Head of Branches Sector at the Association, emphasized the expansion of these medical camps to 12 locations across Sharjah, supported by several health organizations. The initiative aims to make regular checkups accessible, particularly for low-income individuals, further cementing Sharjah's reputation as a healthy city.
He extended his heartfelt thanks to the supporters of these medical camps and all the projects of the Sharjah Charity International.
