Sharjah 24: The Public Prosecution in Sharjah has announced the opening of applications for its Judicial Trainee Programme for the position of Assistant Public Prosecutor, as part of its ongoing efforts to attract and develop national talent and prepare qualified judicial professionals who will contribute to strengthening the justice system and upholding the rule of law, in line with the aspirations of the Emirate of Sharjah and the UAE’s vision of building specialised human capital capable of leading the future of judicial work.

The Public Prosecution said the programme aims to prepare a new generation of qualified Emirati legal professionals in accordance with the highest professional standards through an integrated training pathway that combines academic preparation with practical application, enabling participants to acquire the skills and experience needed to carry out judicial duties efficiently and competently.

It explained that applications are subject to a number of conditions and criteria to ensure the selection of the best national talent. Applicants will also go through several stages, including a professional competency assessment (written examinations), a personal interview, and successful completion of the approved training programme, reflecting the Public Prosecution’s commitment to selecting candidates qualified to uphold the mission of justice.

The Public Prosecution invited those wishing to apply to review the eligibility requirements and required documents and complete the registration process by scanning the QR code attached to the announcement. Applicants can also follow the Sharjah Public Prosecution’s official Instagram account (@sharjah_pp) for full details and updates on the announcement and application stages.

It noted that the deadline for submitting applications is 27 July 2026, urging interested candidates to complete their registration within the specified period.

The announcement reflects the Public Prosecution’s commitment to investing in national talent and preparing judicial professionals with the knowledge and skills needed to contribute to the delivery of justice, safeguard rights, and strengthen confidence in the judicial system, while supporting sustainable institutional excellence and keeping pace with future aspirations.
