In an interview with Sharjah 24, Al Yassi confirmed that the department launched the first phase of the "MADD" platform on Monday to facilitate digital payment services through the "Tahseel" system, in collaboration with the accredited companies "Tahseel" and "MBME." This initiative aims to help government entities reach their clients across the country.
She added that the platform's goal is to provide the best secure payment methods. The first phase takes into account clients who possess digital payment tools. The launch of the "MADD" platform represents the latest options for digital payment services offered by the department as part of the dedicated channels for paying government fees in the Emirate of Sharjah.
Al Yassi emphasized that the definition of the "MADD" platform is to offer assistance, collaboration, and partnership between the public and private sectors, enabling all partners to cooperate with us and all government entities. The platform aims to provide its services to all clients, aligning with the vision and mission of the Sharjah Finance Department in creating a digital environment for all its clients and government and private entities.
