Al Ketbi: Al Wusta launches 26 prgs on its 8th anniversary

Sharjah24: Saeed Rashid bin Fadhel Al Ketbi, Director of Al Wusta Channel from Al Dhaid, announced on Thursday, at the channel's headquarters, the new programming schedule which includes 26 diverse television programs targeting various segments of the community, coinciding with the channel's launch anniversary on September 12, 2016.
Director of Al Wusta Channel from Al Dhaid, which is part of the Sharjah Broadcasting Authority, revealed the new programming schedule in line with the channel's anniversary on September 12, 2016. The schedule features 26 diverse television programs aimed at different community segments.

In exclusive statements to "Sharjah 24," Al Ketbi explained that the channel's new schedule offers an exciting array of programs that resonate with the interests of viewers in the emirate and the region, including "Yaqool Al-Fahim," which revives popular sayings and proverbs, and "Dakkat Al Jubail ," which takes viewers on a tour of the Souq Al Jubail in Al-Dhaid to showcase the commercial and service activities offered there.

Al-Ketbi added that the schedule also features "Dhakirat Al-Fareej," a journey into the past to explore the history of the Bedouins in the region. Meanwhile, the program "Journey to Success" aims to inform entrepreneurs about the facilities available in Sharjah to support investment, alongside many other diverse programs.

The channel director emphasized that the new programming schedule reflects the channel's efforts to provide content that elevates public taste and contributes to the education and awareness of the community. He noted that the channel is committed to selecting programs that meet viewers' desires and enhance the cultural identity of the region, while also striving to expand its audience and strengthen its connection with the local community.
