It aims to develop the participants skills and broaden their awareness of economic concepts in a simplified interactive manner.

The program is designed to strengthen family bonds by involving employees’ relatives in quality initiatives, especially that the program coincides with the UAE’s Year of the Family.

Noura Haji Al Zarouni, Director of the Support Services Department at SEDD, affirmed that the department is keen to consolidate the concepts of economic culture among the participants, and to introduce them to the basics of entrepreneurship, saving and financial planning, in order to contribute to preparing a conscious generation capable of anticipating the future and actively participating in the economic development process.

The program consists of workshops and activities that would stimulates minds into thinking outside of the box, in other words, creative and cognitive thinking. Also, teamwork skills, as well as introducing participants to the business environment and its importance in supporting the local economy, will be both covered in the program.
