Sharjah 24: Al Hamriyah Municipal Council discussed many topics on its agenda related to the rapid completion of Al Hamriyah projects, in coordination with all government departments and entities in the Emirate of Sharjah, to serve the residents and citizens, under the generous support and care of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah.
This came during the first meeting held by the council at the headquarters of Al Hamriyah Municipality, on Monday, in implementation of the Emiri Decree No. 50 of 2024, issued by His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah, regarding calling the municipal councils in the Emirate of Sharjah to convene for the first ordinary session of the twentieth annual chapter.
The meeting was chaired by His Excellency Humaid Saif bin Samha Al Shamsi, Chairman of the Council, and attended by members, His Excellency Humaid Fayez Al Shamsi, Vice Chairman; His Excellency Majid Ali Saif Boufier Al Shamsi; His Excellency Talib Rashid Bakhit Al Masafri; and His Excellency Ahmed Saeed Humaid Al Muhairi. The meeting was also attended by His Excellency Mubarak Rashid Al Shamsi, Director of Al Hamriyah Municipality, and the Secretariat of the Council.
At the beginning of the meeting, the Municipal Council of Al Hamriyah extended its thanks and appreciation to His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, for the attention His Highness gives to the region and the community of residents, His Highness's care for all the vital projects and plans of the region, His Highness's generosity to implement development projects in Al Hamriyah.
The Chairman and members of the Municipal Council praised the efforts of Al Hamriyah Municipality Director for their continuous efforts to constantly improve the services of the region, and ensure the comfort of citizens and residents, stressing the continued role of Al Hamriyah Municipal Council and Al Hamriyah Municipality in participating in development and contributing to the development of the region to achieve the objectives of urban plans in the Emirate.
In a related context, the Municipal Council of Al Hamriyah, headed by Humaid Saif bin Samha Al Shamsi, Chairman of the Council, and His Excellency Mubarak Rashid Al Shamsi, Director of Al Hamriyah Municipality, inspected the project aimed to remove marine farms on the creek of Al Hamriyah area, and the achievements of the committee in charge of the project.
His Excellency the Chairman of the Municipal Council of Al Hamriyah also thanked and praised the efforts of the work team responsible for removing and cleaning the creek beach from the waste of farms.
