Sharjah 24: The draw for the 39th Arab Handball Clubs Championship, set to take place in Kuwait, placed the UAE's Mleiha team in the second group. This group includes Al Gharafa from Qatar, National Bank of Egypt SC, Al Qadisia from Kuwait, and Al Hashd Al-Shaabi SC from Iraq.
The championship, hosted by Kuwait Club from September 15 to 26, also features a first group comprising Al Kuwait and Al Salmiya from Kuwait, Al-Karkh SC from Iraq, Mudhar from Oman, Al-Qoton of Yemen, and Al Ahli from Qatar.
