Sharjah 24: As part of its commitment to supporting talented individuals and enhancing the role of parents in the development of players, Mleiha Club held a special ceremony to honour its distinguished volleyball players who recently returned from a training camp in Bosnia, organised by the Sharjah Sports Council.
The ceremony took place at the club's headquarters in the presence of the players' parents, in recognition of their achievements and contributions to the club's future.
Mohammed Sultan Al Khasouni, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mleiha Club, honoured the outstanding players. The recognition by Mleiha Club reflects its commitment to promoting the contributions of promising and distinguished players who participated in international camps, recruited by the Sharjah Sports Council, as part of the joint efforts to develop promising sports talents that support UAE sports.
Al Khasouni expressed words of appreciation and praise for the players who proved their worth during the training camp in Bosnia, commending their great effort and commitment. He emphasised that the club is proud of such players who represent the club's aspirations for achieving more successes in the future. He also praised the efforts of the Sharjah Sports Council and its policies aimed at preparing sports generations by subjecting them to a training camp to develop their abilities in volleyball.
The honoured players who participated in the training camp included: Rashid Mubarak Mohammed Saeed Al Ketbi, Abdullah Hamid Abdullah Khasouni Al Ketbi, Mohammed Saleh Ali Saif Al Ketbi, and Mohammed Hayyab Mohammed Saeed Al Ketbi.
The players and their parents expressed their gratitude and appreciation to the club's chairman and management for their continuous support. They also noted that this recognition is part of Mleiha Club's ongoing efforts to motivate and support them to achieve further excellence in volleyball, enhancing the club's position as one of the leading clubs in the sport.
