Sharjah 24: In celebration of International Youth Day, Mleiha Cultural and Sports Club, under the patronage of Sharjah Sports Council, hosted a workshop titled "Youth Leadership Mubaderoon-Initiators" aimed at strengthening the leadership roles of young people in society.
This workshop is part of Mleiha Club's commitment to empowering youth and enhancing their leadership skills, aligning with Sharjah Sports Council's vision of supporting and developing young talent.

The workshop, led by Dr. Salem Zayed Al Tunaiji, covered key topics designed to empower youth and equip them with the skills needed to make a positive impact in their respective fields.

The workshop took place at Mleiha Club headquarters, where Mohammed Sultan Khasouni Al Ketbi, Chairman of the Club, highlighted the significance of activities that foster youth development and leadership skills. The event saw enthusiastic participation from employees, administrators, and club members, who engaged actively with the topics discussed.

The workshop addressed a range of crucial topics focused on fostering innovation, growth, and expansion. Dr. Salem Zayed Al Tunaiji, alongside Aziz Al Tunaiji, explored strategies for creating an environment that encourages innovation and growth, as well as ways to effectively utilise available resources for sustainable positive development.

The workshop emphasised strategies for overcoming challenges and leveraging innovation to drive effective change across various fields. It highlighted the importance of making informed decisions and the role of innovation in enhancing performance and making a meaningful impact.

The lecturer aimed to share inspiring ideas on building strong, effective relationships to achieve goals and advance projects. Dr. Al Tunaiji also addressed how to leverage available opportunities and overcome obstacles to ensure success.

Mohammed Sultan Khasouni Al Kutbi commended Dr. Salem Zayed Al Tunaiji for his efforts in delivering the workshop. He emphasised that the club aims, through this initiative, to strengthen young people's ability to tackle challenges and equip them with the tools needed to succeed in various fields.
