Kalba HR launches a course to boost job seekers skills

Sharjah 24: Ali Mohammed Bahbouh Al Naqbi, head of the Kalba branch of the Human Resources Department, confirmed that training has started for the first batch of 400 beneficiaries of the Sharjah Programme for Training and Qualifying Job Seekers.

The Kalba branch of the Human Resources Department has launched the Sharjah Programme for Training and Qualifying Job Seekers. The branch has received the first batch of beneficiaries, as directed by His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah.

Al Naqbi explained that the first phase of the programme in Kalba started with a training workshop called "Enhancing Skills."

He told “Sharjah 24” that the programme spans 6 months and features both theoretical training through workshops and educational lectures, as well as field training. He emphasised that the programme's goal is to enhance participants' skills and provide the experience needed to enter the job market.
