Jassim Mohammed Bouhendi, Head of the Affairs of the Higher Human Resources Committee Section in Sharjah, stated that the SDHR organised the awareness forum for Sharjah Government employees in Kalba on Thursday with the objective of strengthening administrative awareness and introducing the systems, regulations and laws in force across the government, thereby contributing to the development of professional knowledge and the enhancement of performance standards.

Bouhendi told “Sharjah 24” that the forum addressed a number of topics related to the executive regulations, including incentives and employment benefits, promotion and leave systems, employees’ rights and obligations, and the importance of fostering a positive work environment that supports institutional performance.
