Sharjah 24: Basma Ibrahim Al Nemr, Head of the Government Employment Department at the Sharjah Department of Human Resources, announced the launch of the Training and Qualifying Job Seekers' Programme, a six-month initiative designed to enhance job seekers' efficiency.
Speaking to Sharjah 24, Basma Al Nemr emphasised that the programme aligns with the vision of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah. The programme's first specialised courses, which began today, aim to equip job seekers with the necessary skills and experience to succeed in the labour market. This initiative will also support development projects in Sharjah by attracting and preparing candidates for government sector roles.
