This prestigious international certificate recognizes organizations that establish an outstanding work environment fostering professional development for employees and ensuring optimal working conditions.
The certificate was awarded following a thorough and independent analysis carried out by the regional office of the authority in the United Arab Emirates.
The acknowledgment stems from employee responses to a comprehensive survey regarding their workplace satisfaction, underscoring the club's dedication to offering a top-notch working atmosphere.
The event was graced by the presence of various dignitaries including Mohammed Sultan Khasouni Al Ketbi, who serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mleiha Cultural and Sports Club; Ayman Othman Al Barout, the Secretary General of the Arab Parliament for the Child; Ahmed Humaidi Al Ketbi, a member of the Sharjah Consultative Council; acclaimed poet and media personality Ali Al Shuwain; Mansour Rashid Al Ketbi, the General Supervisor of Sharjah Sports Summer; and Mohammed Musabah Al Ketbi, who oversees the Age Groups of Football.
