Sharjah24: Al Bataeh Cultural and Sports Club concluded its tenth summer programme, "Sharjah Summer (Our Distinguished Holiday)," with a special ceremony honouring participants, outstanding individuals, and contributing and supporting companies for the success of the summer programme's activities over five weeks from June 1 to August 1.
Abdullah Sultan Bin Saluma Al Ketbi, Hamouda Thani Ali Al Ketbi, Salem Bin Rashid Al Ketbi, Ali Bin Rashid Al Ketbi, directors of governmental departments and institutions, and Al Bataeh inhabitants all attended the ceremony.
Abdullah Sultan Bin Saluma Al Ketbi, the head of the Sharjah Summer Sports Programme at Al Bataeh Club, commented, "The programme was remarkable and carefully crafted to satisfy the needs of our youngsters, aligning with the UAE national identity, customs, traditions, and real values. It helps individuals improve their educational levels through educational, artistic, and innovative programmes."
The number of participants from Al Bataeh and surrounding areas exceeded 150, with over 40 participating and collaborating entities. The programme planned over 20 external trips and featured a wide range of activities and events, totalling 95 activities by the end of the programme.
