The visit aimed to strengthen cooperation and exchange experiences between the two sides. It focused on learning about the best practices in Sharjah's comprehensive police stations, particularly in the field of transporting bodies domestically and internationally.
The Fujairah Police delegation was briefed on the best practices and mechanisms used in Sharjah's comprehensive police stations for transporting bodies both domestically and internationally. This included the operation of police offices in hospitals, processing transactions without requiring visits to police stations, and coordinating with foreign embassies and consulates. Additionally, they were introduced to the Sharjah Police initiative, "Your Sorrow is Our Sorrow."
The meeting also covered several topics, including key channels for implementing the new service for handling death reports, coordination with relevant authorities, and streamlining bureaucratic processes with government agencies in the emirate to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
